Home is where the heart is, and Dub Unit at Het Depot Leuven - probably one of the most succesful regular dub nights atm- always feels like home. Dub Unit's fifth edition before the summer brought the Supa Wax crew to Leuven.
Supa Wax is a fresh new label founded by selector Tinka Jahctivation and producer Mark Mostec (known for his preamps), but also a DJ-duo with lyrical support from Culture B. We had a chat after their performance about SWOO1, their new release with vocals by Tony Roots; Mark's works as a producer and Tinka's journey in soundsystem culture as a longtime promotor; and differences between the UK and Euro scene.
